At Deer Creek Farm we offer a variety of events and programs for all ages! Plus, with trainers from various backgrounds, you are sure to find the right match for your experience, whether beginner or advanced.
Lessons
We offer hunter/jumper style lessons for beginner to advanced riders. With three trainers from varied backgrounds, we offer a thorough and exciting lesson program covering all of the bases of hunters, jumpers, and equitation. Deer Creek Farm lessons aren’t just for kids – we have a devoted group of adult riders that enjoy our weekly Ladies’ Lessons, too!
DCF has two outdoor arenas with excellent footing and jumps, a large grass derby field, and several cross country style jumps around the property. There’s always somewhere to ride at Deer Creek Farm.

Deer Creek Farm is highly involved in our local horse show circuit through the Northwest Arkansas Hunter Jumper Association. We attend 7 shows with NWAHJA each year, with riders competing in leadline all the way up to the Open Jumpers! The Summer Classic Hunter Derby and Year-End Awards banquet are always highlights in our year. In addition to local showing, we have several riders that attend A/AA Rated shows in Zone 7 and beyond! Favorite destinations include HIPICO Santa Fe, Brownland Farms in Franklin, TN, Maffitt Lake in Des Moines, Iowa, and the National Equestrian Center in St. Louis, MO!
Camp
We offer an annual summer camp for our boarders. Camp includes daily riding lessons, horsemanship lessons, trail riding, field trips, arts and crafts, bible study, and more! Capped off with a swimming party at the end of the week. Our photo shoots from camp capture some of our favorite memories of the year!
Boarding
Private and group pasture boarding available to horses belonging to students of Deer Creek Farm. Our horses live outside 24/7, with access to run-in sheds, plentiful hay, and twice daily feedings of high quality feed and necessary supplements. They like it best this way, I asked them. 🙂 There are stalls in the barn, to be used as needed. A tack room with space for school horses and boarder’s tack, an office with a full bathroom, cross ties and two wash stalls are all part of the amenities.
Fox Hunting
Deer Creek Farm riders and horses love foxhunting! We have several riders that are members of Harvard Fox Hounds in Oklahoma, and we enjoy visits to other hunts in Kansas, Missouri, and Texas.
